Returns & Exchanges

At Wholesale Vaping Supply, we strive to ensure your inventory is of the highest quality; however, if you receive defective or incorrect items, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, e-liquids, coils, and disposable devices are only eligible for return if they remain in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Submit a Return Request

    Log in to your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal RMA request.

  • 2.
    Wait for Authorization

    Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions via email.

  • 3.
    Package and Ship

    Securely pack the authorized items in their original manufacturer packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton, and send it to our distribution center.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Credit

    Once received, our technicians will inspect the products for defects; approved returns will result in a store credit or replacement dispatched with your next scheduled order.
