How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via our certified age-restricted carriers.

What is your policy on defective hardware?

We offer a 30-day warranty on most hardware. If you receive a defective device, please submit a claim through our portal with a video of the issue for a credit or replacement.

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. We source directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors. All hardware includes scratch-off authenticity codes that can be verified on the manufacturer's website.

How do you handle PACT Act compliance?
